What's included in the 14-day free trial?
Every plan starts with a 14-day trial of that plan's features. There is no permanent free plan: when the trial ends you subscribe to keep access. No card required to start.
Is there a free plan forever?
No. We lead with a free trial, not a permanent free tier. After the trial you subscribe to Starter, Business, or one of the Enterprise tiers (Silver / Gold / Diamond). If the trial lapses without payment, the workspace is locked until you subscribe — your data is preserved.
Monthly or annual — which should I pick?
Monthly is flexible while you settle in. Annual is billed once per year at exactly twelve times the monthly price — no discount, just one invoice instead of twelve. All five plans support monthly or annual; Diamond can also be a custom contract.
What is the difference between Business and Enterprise?
Business is a complete company system for one mid-size business of any type. Enterprise (Silver / Gold / Diamond) adds manufacturing (Production), BI/spreadsheets, the AI assistant, automation, realtime, public storefront, and much larger user/location/storage caps, plus dedicated support and SLA.
Are any plans unlimited?
No plan is unlimited — every tier has finite caps (Diamond tops out at 500 users / 100 locations / 500 GB). Needs beyond Diamond are handled as a negotiated contract with an explicitly provisioned cap. Overage packs let you top up seats, locations, storage or AI without jumping a whole tier.
How does the AI assistant billing work?
The AI assistant runs on your own provider API key (Anthropic or OpenAI) — connect it in Settings. A small shared platform key is available to try it out, but it is rate-limited, so day-to-day use is on your key and billed by your provider, not us. Higher tiers unlock the assistant across more modules.
Can I upgrade later?
Yes. Move up the ladder any time — Starter to Business, or into Enterprise — as your size, modules, or AI needs grow. Your data stays with you.
